A member of our support team will review and answer your request as quickly as possible via an email response. All emails are dealt with within 24 hours, often much sooner. During the exam period, emails are answered in minutes for most students, so please check your email (and possibly spam filter) for our response. If you are in urgent need of a response please state this in your support request!
